The Fractal Metropolitan Layer represents the hidden opportunities of greenery and sustainability in the concrete jungle of the city of Delhi. It is an endeavor in progress that embodies the urbanist, environmental, socio-cultural and artistic dimensions of the artist.
The tree in the installation is a metaphor for the inherent processes in nature which must be emulated by the city to arrive at the new blueprint of sustainability.
